PAYMENT POLICY
• Parents should only select activities they are prepared to honor and pay for.
• 100% upfront payment is required at the time of registration.
• No make-up classes for missed days due to illness, weather, or appointments.
REFUND POLICY
All camps are fully prepaid upon registration. Once you have confirmed your holiday camp by making payment, no
cancellations or refunds will be allowed including for late arrival or early departure of camp.
*No refund, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) accompanied by appropriate
documentation, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued
based on the number of days attended and the reason for withdrawal.
INSURANCE
The school maintains commercial insurance coverage for customary risks including comprehensive liability, property
loss (school-owned property only), and fire, among others. The school does not maintain medical or accident insurance
for students, parents, or guests, or for theft or loss of personal property such as laptops and mobile phones. Parents
are encouraged to arrange such insurance with one of the many carriers in Singapore.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs of children on camp for our promotional material. Children
may also like to take photographs of each other to remember their time at camp. Please advise school when you book
if you have any objections.
DATA PROTECTION
You consent to TPSS collecting, using, retaining and disclosing personal data, for the purposes of safeguarding and
promoting the welfare of your child, and where necessary, for the legitimate interests of TPSS and ensuring that all
relevant legal obligations of TPSS are complied with. You give your consent to such collection, use, processing and
disclosure provided that at all times any collection, use, processing or disclosure of personal data is done lawfully and
fairly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012). You also consent to TPSS affiliates
issuing promotional materials to your email address as provided to TPSS for marketing purposes.
CHILD EXCLUSION
On rare occasions, a child proves incompatible with the general well-being of camp e.g. bullying, disruptive or
aggressive behavior, special needs not previously known by management, not potty trained. We reserve the right to
exclude such children. No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, and any costs associated with the
exclusion, including transport home, will be the parent’s responsibility.
